I really enjoyed the above talk, it was a lot of fun and I’m pretty sure I didn’t offend anyone, which normally happens when you stick a microphone in front of me. It was interesting to see nearly all the contributors at some point say that they’ve had enough of autobio and that they feel that other projects they want to pursue, it’s good to know I’m not alone
Anyway, if you’re wondering who my fellow panelists were then here are some links for you to devour.
Erika Moen
Tory Woollcott
Adam Bourret
Greg Means
And you all know Cadwell.
If you’ve got a sec you should check out those links and if you’ve got some extra funds, buy some books. I really recommend the Papercutter series that Greg puts out through his Tugboat Press. It’s one of the best anthologies I’ve read and the production on the books are lush. Proper nice paper, slick printing, a really awesome book.

Memorable quote from said panel by Adam, on good things to come out of his autobio comic: “I got Marc out of it…”
AWWWW!
[then there was a little hug and the girlfriends looked at each other and we realized how there will always be 4 of us in this together...]
I have never heard the word ‘lush’ used outside of Gavin and Stacey. o_o
Also- I like the way you’ve captured Erika Moen =D
I won’t lie to you, Liz, we’ve been caining the Gavin and Stacey boxset recently. I was reading the paper the other day and all I could hear was Rob Brydon’s Welsh tones in my head.
‘I got Marc out of it.’ You guys. That must be the most bromantic mo to date. Too sweet, too sweet.
If the English film industry remade successful American films, you tow would be shoe-ins for “I love you man.”
lol, I found out about your comic there (I came for the Erika Moen, stayed for the Marc Ellerby and Adam Bourret).
Tory: I can’t operate the internet.
Hotwell: *pulling levers hand motions*
