Brilliant! This particular strip plays right into every cartoonist’s deepest anxieties. In fact, I notice it has the pacing of an Alfred Hitchcock suspense film, with a free comic substituted for, say . . . blood swirling down a drain. Cue creepy violins!
Aww man, so much hurt being put on Adam’s height. All this because he forgot to text you??? Where’s the love? Aside from the kind that Ms. Lunney had to sleep through that night?
It’s really interesting to look at two these interpretations of that same situation. Great work as always.
Sweden doesn’t hate you! SPX is just a tiny, unorganised convention where only people that do cartoons buy eachothers cartoons. I was embarassed for all the cartoonists that came overseas to this.
Ah, thanks for the link Marc I was having serious deja vu for a moment. I thought it seemed familiar!
You cheeky sod, I’m as small as Lunney in panel 8! OUTRAGED!
Kissy Face Comix!!! OUTRAG… actually that’s quite funny.
You are a tiny, kissing obsessed man, Adam.
I also *love* drawing Lunney. I think Lunney & The Bassists are totally going to be in a Chloe Noonan adventure.
Yeah, dude. That Cadwell guy is REALLY small when he’s walking. When sitting he’s not that small. I guess he sits over pillows.
In fact, they were on their way to a restaurant that would accomodate Caldwell with a booster seat!
Hahahahahahahahaha!
Oh I can imagine his stroppy little face, sitting in the booster seat against his will.
Adam has very small legs but a big body
Manly
lol
ok.. podgy
Ahh, I can see it now. The whole gang at the table, Caldwell sitting in his booster seat…Lunney cutting up his dinner for him!
