So a few weeks back I taught a few workshops with my good friend David for his Year 10 Media Studies class at Woodlands School, Basildon, Essex. Actually, this was the secondary school I went attended, so yeah, it was well weird going back there as it’s exactly the same.
We set them the task to create a 4 panel autobiographical comic and I think they did a great job for some kids who have never drawn comics before. Here’s one of the more artistically stronger pieces by Hannah Stephens…
