Part One | Part Two | Part Three | Part Four
(If you’re going what the hell is all this about, you may need a little reminder.)
So. That’s that then. The end.
I really hope you’ve enjoyed the comic over the past three years, sure there’s been highs and lows, some sighs and lols but I truly thank you all for sticking around. I know Ellerbisms is a very small sailboat in the huge dockyard that is webcomics and its passing is nothing to really write home about, but I started Ellerbisms as a way to work on my own comics and broaden my storytelling skills and well I hope I’ve achieved that goal, I certainly feel a bit happier about my art than I did a few months ago. If you are checking the strip out for the very first time today then allow me to point you in the direction of the New Readers section, for a little kickstart.
Without turning this into an over the top gush-fest I really want to thank you, my readers, for reading, commenting, plugging my slightly egotistical artisitc endevour, saying wonderful things to me in emails or at conventions and generally giving a shit. You guys have made this comic so much more bearable.
And, above all us else, thank you to Anna, my Swedish beauty. This comic just wouldn’t be the same without her, hell I wouldn’t be the same without her and I really think she deserves some sort of bloody award for putting up with not just me, but allowing our personal moments to be broadcast to strangers in cartoon form. If there’s one true star in this comic, it’s her. What an amazing, beautiful woman.
What’s next? Well Chloe Noonan is the future. Who the heck is Chloe Noonan? Man, you guys need to be paying attention. I’ve redesigned my main website to better show off my portfolio and blog and there’s a preview of Chloe up there and to celebrate the end of Ellerbisms, there’s 20% off in my store for this weekend! You have until Monday the 23rd of August at 12pm GMT to use the discount code RIPLRB upon check out. So hey, that means you can catch up on all the Chloe Noonan’s adventures so far!
For future LRB news, you can follow me on Twitter or subscribe to my new blog.
Thanks again. See you around…
Marc
